Outside of the lines

August 13, 2017

It’s not ruined if the colouring doesn’t stay in the lines. There I said it.

Say whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttttttttt!!!!!!!

My products are designed the way they are too ensure there is still a striking image on your item at the end of the activity. It can take some scribble and “going wrong” bits so don’t worry too much if they get a little over enthusiastic with the red or have an attack of the scribbles. Ultimately by the end ,the item will look striking and be useable and your mini Picasso will be delighted with their new item. There is lots of white space so get them to fill it up and add their own bits to the overall picture. They might even let you do a bit , if you ask super nicely.

*TOP TIP* A great tip if you are doing this with children who are a little older is to get them to use the idea sheets that come with the bag and have fun planning their finished product. This can sometimes avoid the “creating in a rush, activity finished in 5 minutes scenario’. (Sometimes).
